
Meet Sarah Wilson, Creator of Pilates Fusion
Sarah is the founder of Pilates Fusion, a unique method that blends Pilates, orthopedic principles, and compound integrative movements for an amazing full-body workout that improves strength, posture, functional mobility and decreases pain.
With over 25 years of experience in both rehabilitative and recreational exercise, Sarah holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology, a Master’s in Physical Therapy, and has been a certified Mat and Props Pilates Instructor since 2003. Her extensive background in outpatient orthopedics includes a sub-specialty in back, neck, and SI joint pain, with a special interest in postural dysfunction and menopause-related injuries.
Sarah’s approach is all about working smarter, not harder. Her small, personalized classes deliver results that feel like having a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and physical therapist all in one.
